CPQ’s Rapid Price feature enables estimators to generate a preliminary labour assessment, suggested roster and ballpark cleaning price in minutes.
Simply enter the building Gross Floor Area (GFA), number of levels and building type, then select Generate Ballpark Price. CPQ automatically creates a preliminary staffing model, suggested roster, labour deployment graphs and a detailed Labour Price Breakdown using your current labour rates, statutory on-costs, sundry expenses and profit margin settings.
